Daily maintenance of screw barrel:
1. Do not start the machine when the screw barrel does not reach the preset temperature.
2. Prevent metal debris and debris from falling into the hopper. If the material is processed, magnetic hopper should be added to prevent iron filings from entering the feeding tube.
3. Make sure that the plastic inside of the material tube is completely melted when using the saliva, so as not to damage the parts of the transmission system when the screw is back.
4. When using the new plastic, the remaining material should be cleaned.
5. When the melting plastic temperature is normal, it is found that when the molten plastic appears black or discoloured, the conch should be checked.
6. In the process of processing, make the materials as well as possible, so as not to mix the metal foreign material into the material, and reduce the torque force of the screw barrel.
注塑螺桿是長時間在高溫、高壓、高的機(jī)械扭力及高的磨擦環(huán)境下進(jìn)行工作的。前幾個因素是工藝條件所需,而磨擦造成的損耗則不可避免。一般螺桿都進(jìn)行過表面氮化處理,以提高表面硬度,亦即提高抗磨損能力。但是如果忽略了引起磨損的原因,不設(shè)法將磨損盡量降低,必然會大大降低螺桿的使用壽命。
引起螺桿磨損的原因及減低磨損的方法:
1、每種塑料,都有一個理想塑化的加工溫度范圍,應(yīng)該控制料筒加工溫度,使之接近這個溫度范圍。粒狀塑料從料斗進(jìn)入料筒,首先會到達(dá)加料段,在加料段必然會出現(xiàn)干性磨擦,當(dāng)這些塑料受熱不足,熔融不均時,很易造成料筒內(nèi)壁及螺桿表面磨損增大。同樣,在壓縮段和均化段,如果塑料的熔融狀態(tài)紊亂不均,也會造成磨損增大。
2、轉(zhuǎn)速應(yīng)調(diào)校得當(dāng)。由于部分塑料加有強(qiáng)化劑,如玻璃纖維、礦物質(zhì)或其他填充料。這些物質(zhì)對金屬材質(zhì)的磨擦力往往比熔融塑料的大得多。在注塑這些塑料時,如果用高的轉(zhuǎn)速成,則在提高對塑料的剪切力的同時,亦將令強(qiáng)化相應(yīng)地產(chǎn)生更多被撕碎的纖維,被撕碎的纖維含有鋒利末端,令磨損力大為增加。無機(jī)礦物質(zhì)在金屬表面高速滑行時,其刮削作用也不小。所以轉(zhuǎn)速不宜調(diào)得太高。
3、要檢除塑料中的雜物。一般而言,原裝購入的新鮮塑料并沒有什么雜物,但經(jīng)過運(yùn)輸,稱重、干燥、混色、尤其是添加再生回頭料,就有可能混有雜物。小如金屬屑末,大如發(fā)熱圈螺母回形針,甚至成串的倉庫鑰匙,混入進(jìn)入料筒都曾有發(fā)生過,這對螺桿的損壞是不言而喻的了(料筒當(dāng)然也會同時損壞),因此必須安裝磁鐵架,嚴(yán)格投料的管理和監(jiān)控。
4、塑料中所含水分,對螺桿表面的磨損有一定影響。若塑料在注塑前未有將水分全部排除,殘留的水分進(jìn)入螺桿壓縮段時,便形成前熔混在熔融塑料中的帶高溫壓的“蒸汽粒子”,隨著注射料過程螺桿的推進(jìn),從均化段直至螺桿頭部,這些“蒸汽粒子”,在射料進(jìn)程中卸壓膨脹,有如一顆顆微細(xì)的雜質(zhì)硬粒,對壁面產(chǎn)生磨擦破壞作用。此外,對某些種類的塑料,在高溫高壓下,水分可能會變成促使塑料裂解的催化劑,產(chǎn)生能侵蝕金屬表面的有害雜質(zhì)。因此,塑料注塑前的烘干工作,不單對制件質(zhì)量有直接關(guān)系,而且也影響到螺桿的工作壽命。

6. The screw must be a high quality bolt at the strength level of 12.9, and the screw thread surface shall be coated with high temperature anti-corrosion cream.
7. The front flange and material cylinder screw must be tightened evenly.
8. The cooling system of screw cylinder of injection molding machine should be cleaned and cleared.Pay attention to the proper use of the raw material belt and wrap it in the process screw.
9. Install the injection molding machine screw cylinder inlet and outlet water joint and water test pressure, 0.8mpa pressure does not leak.
10. Precautions for installation of heating ring: the core is not bare, the plastic skin is not pressed tightly, and the screws are tightened.
11. It is better for two people to cooperate with the disassembly operation of the screw barrel assembly of the injection molding machine, so as to ensure the safety of each other.
The reasons for the failure of extruder screw:
1. If it is not for the death of the material, but because the material is not clean and solidified, you can keep the heating ring of the cylinder for a period of time, and then look at it.
2. If not, you can separate the bolts between the gearbox and the cylinder and separate the cylinder and the screw from the gearbox.Add welding force seat on the cylinder, then use hydraulic jack to help.
3. If not, we can only find the screw manufacturer, put the screw barrel in the nitrification furnace, and heat the raw material into ashes.The screw will come out.
4, if it is to put the screw in hard object card died, after the third scheme can't separate, so basic can declare to replace the screw barrel, because this case even forced out, painfully screw barrel will be as a result of the movement of hard, cause damage on the surface, the impact on the future production.
